Keep Yourself Healthy
Hand Hygiene: Wash hands after touching blood, body fluids, secretions, excretions, and contaminated items, whether or not if gloves are worn. Perform hand hygiene after removing gloves.
Gloving: Wear gloves when it can be reasonable anticipated contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials.
Mouth, nose and eye protection: Use PPE to protect the mucus membranes of the eyes, nose and mouth during procedures.
Gowning: wear appropriate clothing when doing task that involved being near potentially dangerous bacteria.
Appropriate handling of laundry; Handle, transport and process used linen to avoid contamination of air, surfaces and persons.
